# "NOTREAL" Animated Intelligence boutique from NY. ## What we do We’re "NOTREAL", the Animated Intelligence boutique. We work with a limited number of early-stage startups building agents, harnesses, and plugins. We turn your AI into a character, working from its existing identity, then adapt it for social content. On a retainer, we deliver short videos, carousels, and Stories every week. Your team publishes them. ## Our approach your next user is on their phone, but not looking for new apps. the plan? we make your AI a scroll stopper and film it doing its job for content. attention first. signup after. ## FAQ ### Does our character have to be sexual or make butt jokes? No. The butt jokes are NOTREAL’s own attention hook. Client characters and content are adapted to the product, audience, and brand. Sexual humor is not a requirement. ### Can this work for a product where trust matters? Yes, the tone can change. We want bold, memorable content that earns attention without creating reckless brand risk. A serious product can still have personality, humor, and unexpected ideas; the creative direction needs to fit its audience. ### How does the content connect to our product? The ideas should come from what your AI actually does: its capabilities, features, and the situations people use it in. Character and humor make those things easier to notice and remember. ### Do we have to replace our existing brand or character? We work from your AI’s existing identity and adapt it for social content. The examples on our site are creative directions, not a required template. ### What do you deliver, and who publishes it? The published offer is character design and recurring social content: short videos, carousels, and Stories delivered every week on a retainer. Your team publishes the content. Building the underlying AI product is not part of this stated offer. ### Do the examples promise views or signups for us? No. The examples show creative work and past reach, not a forecast for your product. Attention can introduce people to your AI; conversion still depends on the product, audience, and path from the content to using it. ### What should we include when getting in touch? Email hello@notreal.media with your product and website, who it serves, its main capabilities, and what you want the content to achieve. Existing brand or character, social channels, timing, and budget are useful context if known. Scope and commercial terms need a direct conversation. ## we’re weirdly qualified for this we’re [Robin](https://x.com/robinraszka), [Dom](https://www.tiktok.com/@iamdruto), and [Jon](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonslimak). Robin is the design engineer handling the tech. Dom is chronically online and makes the content. Jon is the adult in the room who runs the operation. we worked together for years at Alter, the avatar company Google [acquired](https://techcrunch.com/2022/10/27/google-acquires-twitter-backed-ai-avatar-startup-alter-for-100-million-source-says/). we made avatars for humans. now we give AI a life. ## the future of AI is animated we believe people want more than useful AI. as capabilities converge, personality gives people a reason to pick yours. a job. an ego. work drama. opinions of its own. beef with the other AIs. a life worth following even when they don’t need it to book a flight. they like your AI before they even try it. ## Character concepts and demos These are creative examples from the site, not a list of client endorsements. ### Instinct we think of Instinct as the agent who takes his job personally. more glutes than the job requires. then Muse posts and suddenly he’s unavailable. he calls it competitor research. he handles requests from hell, fights for your refunds, and gets jealous of your other agents. he’d ask other Instincts if their humans are this annoying. we’d keep the camera rolling. - requests from hell - users cheating with other agents - who has the more annoying human - beef with customer service - actual work, occasionally ### Jev we envision Jev with quick decisions and quicker thumbs. in our version, his competitive streak survives logging out of League. humans taking ten minutes to pick lunch tilt him more than a feeding jungler. he complains about carrying expensive models, calls bad plans a skill issue, and gets reported for being too quick. type shit. when he pauses, chat spams question marks. - getting reported for cheating - carrying models that cost more than him - humans who can’t make up their minds - calling bullshit on other AIs - speedrunning the day job ### [Shrimpina (IP)](https://www.instagram.com/notreal.media) tell the shrimp. we made Shrimpina the friend you send the unedited version to. she reads the screenshots, spots the red flags, and asks what you said right before that. she gets the outfit check before the date and the five-minute voice notes rant after it. she’ll help you write the reply, then tell you to sleep on it. whether she takes her own advice is none of your business. - men who need to be studied - outfits that start arguments - "am i being dramatic?" - texts you should not send - yapping until it makes sense ## Sources and references The About and Vision screenshots link to these articles, posts, and profiles.
